Returns & Refunds
Our return policy and process.
Return policies are set by each seller and displayed on the product page. If a seller accepts returns, you can initiate a return from your order history within the stated window.
How returns work
- 1. Request — open the order and choose “Request return”.
- 2. Ship back — send the item back using the provided instructions.
- 3. Refund — once the seller receives the item, your refund is released to the original payment method.
Escrow protection
Because payments are held in escrow until you confirm delivery, undelivered or significantly-not-as-described orders can be refunded even if a seller is unresponsive. Open a dispute from your order page and our team will review it.
Digital products are generally non-refundable once downloaded, unless the file is defective.
