• Accounts — you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• Orders & escrow — payments are held in escrow and released to sellers after delivery confirmation.
• Seller obligations — accurate listings, timely fulfilment and honouring stated return policies.
• Prohibited items — illegal goods, counterfeit products and restricted items may not be listed.
• Fees — marketplace fees are disclosed at listing and in the seller dashboard.
